These fast-acting drops draw out the solvents in nail polish, accelerating evaporation and leaving behind a solid surface of color. 0.5 oz. Made in USA. WHAT IT DOES It fortifies with vitamin E because dry polish shouldn't mean dry nails and is infused with the soothing, herbal scent of rosemary, for an aromatic finalé to a nail routine. HOW TO USE IT A few minutes after applying polish, angle the fingers downward and apply one to two drops of this fast-acting formula, onto each nail, allowing the solution to spread naturally across nail beds.
