WHAT IT DOES Enriched with acai berry & coconut oil, this hydrating and conditioning formula provides a creamy, long-lasting matte finish. HOW TO USE IT Starting with the top lip, trace the pencil around the outer edge. Repeat on the lower lip. Next, color the lips inside with the pencil line.
