What it is: A multi-use formula designed to help simplify your at-home manicure or pedicure routine.What it does: As a base coat, the formula preps and primes nails for polish. When used as a top coat, it helps seal in color to prevent chipping or fading. How to use: Apply a thin coat to bare nails. Once the first layer has dried, apply 1 to 2 coats of polish as needed. Let it dry for 10 to 15 seconds. Apply once again over polish to seal in color as a top coat.
