Description

Soft Blush Veil:  Gently swipe or dot the balm onto the apples of the cheek and blend with fingers or brush. Blend and diffuse the balm for a sheer effect using either a brush and/ or the warmth of the fingertips. Rich Color Saturation:  Swipe the balm directly onto the face and blend out the edges for bolder blush looks.
