WHAT IT IS Designed for minor aches and pains, this water-resistant wearable wellness patch is infused with Menthol, Lavander, Arnica, and Aloe Vera. Set of four. Made in USA. WHAT IT DOES 5% Menthol from peppermint provides cooling relief. Arnica Montana Flower helps soothe pain and muscle aches. Aloe Vera, a powerful anti-inflammatory succulent, helps alleviate muscle swelling. Lavender Oil provides a pleasant aroma and supports relaxation. WHO IT'S FOR For ages 18 and up. HOW TO USE IT Peel and place one patch on the affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. The patch may be worn for up to 8 hours. Simply peel the patch off and discard.
