The collection consists of three Lid Illumes eye shadows and one of the new stainsparkle powder formula eyeshadows. All are pigmented and easy to put on with a finger or brush. HOW TO USE IT Upon first use, swirl fingertip in a circular motion on each eyeshadow shade. Don't be afraid to use firm pressure. This will activate the Lid Illumes for optimal color payoff. For more pigment, apply directly to eyelid using fingertip. For a diffused wash of color, use the Everything Eye Brush (sold separately). Be sure to use firm pressure.
