WHAT IT IS This one-for-all tinted textured gel, with tiny fibers, boosts the brows and adds volume. The fibers adhere to the skin and hair for a fuller look, while argan oil conditions. 0.47 oz. Made in Italy. WHAT IT DOES Enriched with argan oil and castor oil. Grooms brows. HOW TO USE IT Dip the wand into tube, wipe the excess product on the rim, and brush the applicator in short upward strokes from the inner corner of the brow to the outer corner to shape and build. Repeat until the desired look is achieved. Can also be applied after almond brow pencil for a fuller brow look. Remove using a cotton and a gentle makeup remover such as the Ginkgo Micellar Water (sold separately). ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Argan, castor oil.
