This set of oyster accessories is made of high quality tempered stainless steel, providing exceptional resistance to rust, discoloration and stains. The full tang blades are precision laser-stamped from one single piece of steel for additional strength and stability. Professionally hand polished, sharpened and inspected, these blades can safely and easily handle raw or cooked oysters.
