Glide the sharpened tip along lash line for skip-free, ultra-pigmented definition. Smudge into the lashes for subtle, lived-in definition. Blend out using the Eye Shadow I Brush or fingers for a smokey eye effect. Trace your pencil along the upper lashes and waterline to create natural, everyday definition, or smudge a thicker rim along the upper lids to make a statement.
