From the Bistro Collection. The Greenpan multi-function electric skillet looks like a slow cooker, but it's so much more than that. The 6.5-quart pot can be used to slow cook but can also be used to stir-fry, steam, make rice, and keep dishes warm. One can remove the pot to reveal a grill and griddle, which can sauté veggies, grill meat, and seafood, or whip up a full breakfast of bacon and eggs. The pot and grill plates feature a diamond-infused ceramic nonstick coating, which is extra durable and made without the use of PFAs, PFOA, lead, or cadmium. It comes with pre-set functions, extra-large controls, and an LED design.
