The construction of Marble Crafter's Apollo bookends is done by putting together a sphere and a block of onyx that is skilfully cut and styled on a free-handed lathe and grinder and then passed over several rounds of sanding to give a velvety matte finish. The aesthetic style of these bookends demonstrates an opulently dazzling sculpture. Each bookend comes with protective pads on the bottom, preventing them from skidding and scratching the surface they are placed on.
