WHAT IT IS This high-pigment pencil is creamy enough to be blended out as a highlight, or used to draw precise graphic lines anywhere on the face. It glides on with a creamy finish. Designed for application wherever highlight is desired, the inner corners of eyes, along the lash line, brow bone, cupid's bow, or elsewhere. 0.04 oz. Made in Italy. HOW TO USE IT Apply color to the desired area, inner corners of the eyes, along the lash line, brow bone, cupid's bow, or elsewhere. Draw on and blend out with a brush or fingers for a highlight effect.
