HOW TO USE IT Neck Cream: Take about two pearl-sized drops onto either the attached Concentrate Neck Massager or your fingertips, and spread them smoothly into the skin, from your neck to the collarbone, and blend well. For a cool or warm massage, immerse the gold plated, zinc alloy metal Concentrate Neck Massager into either ice or warm water. Neck Massager: Neck/Jawline: Slide the wider surface of the massager along the jawline, from below the chin to below the ear (three times each in the left and right). Slide the wider surface of the massager from above the neck to below it, towards the collarbone (three times each in the left and right). Collarbone: Gently slide the narrow surface of the massager along the collarbone, from the center to the tip of the shoulder (three times each above and below the collarbone). Back of the neck: Slide the wider surface of the massager on the back of the neck, from top to bottom. Press the narrow surface of the massager to the hollow part below the ear and the back of the head.
