Minced Black Truffle: Made from the highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum), preserved in extra virgin olive oil the truffle is firm to the bite, followed by a rich & earthy truffle flavor. Black Truffle Slices: Using the highest quality truffles shaved into 2mm thick slices. These slices are then soaked in a salt brine to enhance their natural flavor, before being preserved in extra virgin olive oil. The truffle is firm to the bite, followed by a rich & earthy black truffle.
