Our dense and creamy handcrafted NY cheesecake is swirled with seedless raspberry puree and baked on our gluten free raspberry shortbread crust. It's a modern classic. This cake is made in a bakery that also uses ingredients that contain gluten. If you are very sensitive to gluten, we would advise against purchasing this cake. Serves 6-8 people.
